Note: Any deposit amount due back to the renter will be refunded within 10 business days of the completion of the booking.

Arrive during your reserved time. Your rental includes setup and cleanup, so make sure that time is built into your reservation.
A staff member will be on site to greet you and walk you through the space.

A few reminders before your event:

The facility is alcohol and smoke-free, including the parking lot and all outdoor areas on DCA property
Only service animals are permitted in the building
Decorations may not be attached to walls or ceilings without prior approval
The room must be left in the condition it was found with decorations, trash, and food removed
